Today for #GlobalAstronomyMonth we want to highlight the Víctor M. Blanco 4-meter Telescope 🔭! Located at the U.S. National Science Foundation Cerro Tololo, Chile, this telescope was commissioned in 1974. It is a near twin of the Nicholas U. Mayall 4-meter Telescope at Kitt Peak National Observatory 🧵⬇️
