This work on VSJs resulted from previous research during my time in Kaspar Althoefer's team King's CoRe, in collaboration together with Agostino Stilli on shrinkable, stiffness-controllable soft robots and VSLs based on a bio-inspired antagonistic actuation principle. ARQ QMUL
