Bought a new lawnmower after our old one gave up the ghost after 15 years and asked my husband to assemble it. He only went and mowed the lawn. Uninvited. He was bewildered when I was upset. I wanted first dibs. I was really excited. Now I’m sad. #MiddleAgedMayhem

Back to work tomorrow after a four week recovery from surgery. Nervous and excited in equal measure. Looking forward to seeing my lovely colleagues again.
