War memorial in the form of a Celtic cross (erected 1920) at the Church of St. John the Baptist, Clontarf. It commemorates 33 parishioners who lost their lives in the First World War and a further 10 in the Second World War.

David Moscrop My grandfather was one of the builders of Killester Garden Village in Dublin built for the soldiers returning from WWI. It’s still being used. He’s the dapper man on the left. We can still build affordable housing now.
