This week, we readthe book All Are Welcome by Alexandra Penfold & Suzanne Kaufman, and then brainstormed ways to help others in our class and at King Elementary feel Welcome. #rm109rocks #Kingelementaryrocks #annarborschoolsrock

This week in Rm. 109, we read a great story called Ruthie and the (Not So) Teeny Tiny Lie by Laura Rankin. Life lessons covered were: all relationships are based on trust and honesty. When you are heavy-hearted, you absolutely need to share that weight with a trusted person.

This week Rm. 109 read Courage by Bernard Waber. We discussed the life lessons: how courage can look differently for others and how we can EN-courage others to help them be their best. "We rise by lifting others."
