Took my 11 month old to a park today and I heard something from a few parents that really bothered me “no your too small for that” or “that’s for the big kids” since when has it been okay to limit our children’s play to what “we” as adults feel comfortable with!?? Or is it me??

Extend the school day?? Putting focus back on sports and well-being?? Unless there extending the day to allow children exercise breaks and more plays I don’t see how they go hand in hand!?? Maybe it’s just me!??

🏃‍♀️We are committed more then ever to get our kids and community active once lockdown is over!! We are pleased to announce we will be introducing @MarathonKidsUK Programe in all of our schools and settings, wether that will be breakfast, lunch, after school club or during PE!!
