Post-athlete depression is REAL! It’s a struggle to transition out of sports and find your identity after only focusing on being an athlete for so long! That’s another big reason why participating in NIL is important. It encourages you to learn who you are outside of your sport

I’ve been recruiting in 6 different cities/states this month and I’ve seen a lot of HS basketball. The one thing I cannot let go of is the way some of these male coaches - at their big ass age - yell and degrade 14/15/16 year old athletes. Aren’t you embarrassed????
