The amount of times I’ve been asked if I make my own music is crazy. I’m just a fan! 😭 But I do think my brain works in the same way as a producer. So I think if ever I were to do anything, it would be that.

Boarding a flight to Paris in 15 minutes. This is my first time traveling abroad for a work assignment. I’m feeling a LOT of things, but mostly I’m just grateful for the opportunity to do some meaningful work in a place I’ve always wanted to visit. 🥹

After my most recent manic episode, the thing I most want to say on #WorldBipolarDay is this: mental illness looks different for everybody. It may surprise you. Moving forward, I hope we’ll all be more measured in our judgments, and more mindful of how we use our words.

I fell asleep at 10:30 last night, woke up at 5:45am, listened to #COWBOYCARTER front to back, and promptly went back to sleep with a full heart. The dreams were dreaming.

It makes me so happy to know that other people take friendship this seriously. I type out my responses to Voice Memos. I take handwritten notes in my journal during extended conversations. I wanna know everything. I wanna remember everything.
