Schools that don’t have a true head Strength and Conditioning guy will always be average at best yet athletic departments continue to put PE guys in the weight room.

The loudest critics usually sit farthest from the process. They don’t see the reps. They don’t hear the conversations. They don’t feel the culture. Trust those who are in it with you.
