Typhoon Ragasa is affecting travel in Asia. Currently parts of Northern Philippines is affected (Northern Islands away from Manila) & due to hit Hong Kong. We're contacting custs due to depart in the next couple of days to offer support & will continue to monitor the situation.

Stansted Airport is facing disruptions due to a small fire in the Escape Lounge, which caused part of the airport to be closed temporarily. The security area was briefly closed, leading to delays. Passengers are advised to check their flight status for any further delays.

French air traffic control union SNCTA is planning a strike 7-10 Oct, affecting operations in French airspace. The strikes are expected to cause widespread cancellations & delays. The industrial action may also impact flights that pass through French airspace.

French air traffic controllers have called off a three-day strike that threatened to disrupt European flights next week. The main union in the sector, the SNCTA, announced the suspension of its strike notice for Tuesday to Thursday following consultations.
