Kevin Klein I’ve lived 60+ years in an indigenous area. I’ve seen corruption from the chiefs. My HS classmate studied hard to get educated & get out. His family was destitute. The chief didn’t like his dad & they got virtually no govt money. They pick & choose who to pass out money to.
