Durante la semana del conocimiento de campesinos, es importante saber que hay recursos contra discriminación, no importa su estatus legal. During Farmworker Awareness Week, it's important to know there are resources against discrimination, regardless of your legal status. (1/7)

Many employers use AI & other technologies to help them make decisions about recruiting, hiring, & promoting workers. While useful, it can sometimes lead to discrimination. New proposed regulations from the Civil Rights Council could help change that. (1/2)

While it is encouraging to see an overall decrease in reported hate crimes statewide, the increase in hate targeting our LGBTQ+, Muslim, & Jewish communities show there is more work to do. To anyone experiencing hate, if you report to CA vs Hate, you will get support.
