School culture is everything- from the outside we only see the tip of the iceberg but culture underpins what gives our school heart

We just need our govt to provide the resources for us to do the job. Funding and enough staff. Hard to think of many priorities higher that a govt should be measured on. Sadly, this won’t make mainstream media and all questions on it won’t be answered anyway

Behaviour is communication and communication is everything. A young person can't always verbally communicate what is wrong,or how they're feeling, but their behaviour never lies.They do not consciously plan to come into school and misbehave.🧠🌱
