This National Barista Day, we are recognising all the amazing front-of-house students that have been a part of the Toque d’Or competition. Baristas have driven fast change in the sector by adapting to consumer tastes and trends ☕

We have had an incredible two days for the Toque d'Or Heats 🔥 Well done to everyone who has made it this far in the competition. The judges have been blown away by the talent this year; it has been a fierce competition.

On day two of the Toque d'Or finals, we headed to Starbucks, where our competitors learned about the bean-to-cup journey, what sustainability means at Starbucks, and they were put to the test with a coffee innovation challenge working in pairs to create an ice coffee beverage.
