If you aren't spending most of your time in planning mode while coding with AI, you are doing it wrong. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

You are responsible for the code you write. If you are making slop, you need to maintain and be accountable for that slop. So here's an idea. Don't make slop. Take the time to use AI to superpower your mind vs. having it do it for you. UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE DOING. Full stop.

Best advice for prompting agents, have an objective metric to tell it to stop. I am regularly getting 30-50m runs on complex tasks by telling the agent exactly what to look for and don't stop until that is done.

Introducing Maraithon: The OTP framework for long running agents. OPT is a fantastic programming model for agents because of it's fault tolerance, self-healing and message passing atomics. This is what I am using to build my low cost, always on agent. Stay tuned:

This is done in a really cool way, architecturally -- we're ready to add integrations for any platform. New integrations can come together really quick from here, you could PR one yourself! LMK if you'd like to learn more about that -- should we do a blog post just on that?

Recently spoke to a friend and advisor who is deep in cutting edge LLM and their advice to me was: "Take vacations, enjoy your family. Buckle up for a wild 2-3 years."

Getting an app approved through the App Store is wild. I am going back and forth with a reviewer around the copy of a button and there are legitimate scams in the App Store... I don't understand this governance.
