If ur looking to start a fitness transformation in ‘26 here are my 3 tips. 1. Find a way to workout that u love (group, solo, trainer, pilates, spin, etc.) it’s easier to show up consistently when u actually enjoy it. You can expand later but that foundation HAS to be in place.
