When students are given choices they become overwhelmed. They are not use to personal expression and creativity in assignments. We have to build their confidence and grit to try new and creative learning. #RCSDConnect #EBDRCSD

If we can help Ss to realize their interests and develop their passions, they will want to learn. Building a positive classroom community where all Ss are accepted and included, is where it all starts. #RCSDConnect #EBDRCSD

I am so looking forward to getting back into the classroom and being with the Ss. We need to be positive for the students and keep our worries in check. Our school family needs to manage that anxiety and how we manage it will have a big impact on the Ss.#RCSDConnect #rcsdpodpd
