As I reflect on my life’s journey, I am reminded that what matters most is not the titles we earn, the accolades we collect, or even the goals we achieve. What matters most is how we live, how we serve, and how we love.

Leadership is a gift that keeps on giving. It is not found in titles or accolades but in the quiet moments of courage, compassion, and care.

As we launch into Teacher Appreciation Week, I just want to say thank you to all of those that have the courage to work in the education profession. You are better than ever at meeting the needs of children. Thank you for all you do on a daily basis! You are truly amazing!
