Coming soon - relaxation classes in St Helens. This is not therapy. Classes will be suitable for anyone affected by personal or work stress. It will include guided meditation. I intend to run the first class as a workshop to get client feedback to shape future classes. 💜

Good news that sentencing guidelines are changing. Systemic change is required rather than a pre- sentence report author change. Don't think I ever recommended custody for a pregnant woman, but judges still sentenced them to prison even when not assessed as high risk to others.
