This save is elite. The quick adaptation from shot stopping to shot prevention, the quick decision, the speed at which she closes, aggressiveness, distance from the attacker, all of it. Superb from Kailen Sherdian.

Coach Katie's in possession game is unreal. Touch away/past pressure onto non-dominant foot, breaks lines, continues to still be an option, reverse pass into a higher platform to launch the attack. So many of our in possession principles visible here!

2v2 game with our 10 year olds. This was insane both in and out of possession. Solving pressure, manipulating the opponent, protecting the space, protecting the goal. Super proud of these youngsters.

One way to make any of your gk sessions better: run. Add pressure in possession, add a defender, whether in front or recovering. It will immensely increase the transfer of your training to games.
