Last week, I had the honor of joining Councilwoman Victoria Parks for the second annual Girls in Government Day!

We spoke with over 40 Cincinnati girls and convened business leaders, public servants, and others.

Today, I was honored to recognize Sexual Assault Awareness Month. 1 in 5 women and 1 in 67 men experience some sort of sexual violence in their lifetimes, and today we stand in solidarity with all survivors of sexual violence.

The story of #DenimDay , now a campaign each year in honor of #SAAM , began with an overturned conviction in the Italian Supreme Court in 1992.
