Cool role working at HEARST on new product development with Kim Fox! HearstLab invested in KitSplit & I worked out of the office for over a year, so I know firsthand that Hearst is an awesome company that takes care of its people. PLUS amazing lunch ;) eevd.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/Candidat…

So sad to hear this! Pop-up created something brilliant and weird and wonderful that I will really miss. Hope to see more live nonfiction storytelling sprout in other places 💜

The new @theoasisAI app is beautifully simple and useful. Hit record, ramble, and it summarizes what you said in a bunch of different formats. Playing with it this weekend and I’ve pulled it out to capture an idea 4 times this morning.

👋I’m back. And I wrote about the current wave of attempts to downplay long COVID—less outright denial & more "it’s real but no big deal". Except: it very much is. It’s a substantial and ongoing crisis that still demands our attention. 1/ theatlantic.com/health/archive…

Sometimes I’ll run into a friend’s husband and think to myself, “bro you have no idea how hard I’ve worked to help save your marriage.”

The journalists of Columbia Daily Spectator and WKCR-FM NY are the best of the best; I’m in awe of what incredible work they’re doing while also trying to keep themselves and each other safe. Isabella is running her newsroom better than many professionals.

His mother is such an inspiration. I met her in the bathroom of the CPJ gala and she told me she’s a real private person but did whatever she could to keep the spotlight on bringing him home. Mama got the job done.
