I wish Uber Eats had the option of being able to cancel an order when the restaurant keeps delaying the order's delivery ETA & they hadn't prepared the order nor had a driver been assigned. Uber Eats though quickly took my money for cancelling the order. Thanks for nothing! 😡🤬

I can say this, Uber Eats really do need an option for people who need to cancel an order where the restaurant is not preparing the ordered food and a driver has not been assigned. Also dislike the drivers doing multiple deliveries as you receive cold food and not hot food.

So I get inconvenienced twice because I cancelled an order out of necessity and in the end miss out on what I ordered plus, lose my money making both Macca's and Uber Eats richer with cancelling an order. Thanks for nothing to you both 🤬😡
