Very worrying that the EU wants to invest more in #defense & #competitiveness , while needs for #social & #climate investments are huge, but are at risk of cuts due to a lacking will to fix the income side - through #fiscalrules (chance missed), an RRF 2.0 or extreme wealth taxes.
