Wonderful wkend with the family watching Phoenix Dance Theatre York Theatre Royal Powerful stuff! I grew up watching them dance. Their choreography still inspires the way I use physical expression in my work today. Made mr very happy, thankyou!

I am loving the challange of directing #whiskersfirstwinter Cast with my dream team of artists in my fave home venue with awesome staff. It’s like a giant jigsaw puzzle piecing together the puppetry, animation, compositions and lighting. Love it - looking beautiful!

Clown training hurts. 10 years of trying to make people in hospitals laugh has built up a protective tension, anxiety, and permanent way of performing I can’t shake off. Giving up feels easy though 😭
