If there is no compulsion to attend a non statutory Inquiry, then surely there is a real risk that those whose failures led to this tragedy, will not attend, and the answers these families deserve will not be provided?

Pleased to note that the Lucy Letby Inquiry will now be a full statutory Inquiry as that is the only way to get the answers to prevent such a tragedy in the future.
