Lovely to learn in the The Bookseller today that Hunt for the Golden Scarab is the 12th bestselling children’s book so far this year, after some heavy hitters! 😃🪲 And was published in February. Thankyou to all who have bought, read it, and recommended it. 🥰

Well, it's very lovely indeed to see that Wanda has wended her way to my home town! Hope your students enjoy it, HarlawAcademyLRC! 😍📕 #Aberdeenquine

"A stunning story about family, belonging and acceptance - this has a quirky cast of characters, lots of drama and a pace that matches the speed of Wanda’s ADHD brain." Thanks for the ace review, Children's Books Ireland! @publishinguclan childrensbooksireland.ie/our-recommenda…

I read #Reek a little while ago & don’t think I shared that I LOVED it! It was a great little book by Alastair Chisholm which also coined perhaps my new favourite term - cli-fi! Not only a great story about climate change, but so much to draw out about rich/poor, ethics, climate, etc.

Brilliant sci-fi selection! And thanks for including ‘How To Be A Human’, my story of an alien school boy crash-landing on Earth during an educational trip from his planet! Little Tiger Books

Having a windswept couple of days away in blowy Brighton, and on a coffee hunt this morning, happened to stumble upon the legendary Book Nook The Book Nook just opening up. Lovely to have a chance to say hello! 😍📕😍📕😍📕😍

Yay! Very happy to see ‘The Boy Who Stole The Pharaoh’s Lunch’ on the excellent BooksForTopics Yr3 recommended list for ‘25/‘26! 📕🎉😍

Thanks to Poppy Barrington Stoke for this advance copy of My Perfect Cousin Karen McCombie #SofiaMillerSalazar. Haven't read any of Karen's books for a while - my girls loved them. Read it last night but this certainly has a twist! Ruby has a perfect cousin, or does she?
