I had the BEST time presenting at the NASSP United conference with my education partner, Dr. Jerry Anderson. Our session, Resilient Leadership for Leaders of Color, spurred great conversation among attendees. Proud to be part of the NASSP family!

I had a great Walk and Talk session with three students this week. In addition to sharing the ways we can enhance our school's culture, they shared details about why these staff members are their trusted adults. I couldn't be prouder of these education heroes! #StallionHeroes!

On Saturday our JV Cheer team performed at an exceptional level at our annual Stallion Cheer Competition. Way to go, Stallions!

I was honored to receive such positive recognition from our students today, as they celebrated Principal Appreciation month. SoCo students are the best!

We are getting swept off our feet with school pride at South County!

So proud of our South County Stallions for making it in the top 25 high schools in Northern VA, according to Northern Virginia Magazine.

We had the BEST day as we hosted our fourth event of Principal for the Day. Students learned about leading and managing a school, and conversations with various staff helped them learn the "why" for entering this most noble of fields. Go SoCo!

We're proud of our students with unique talents for hosting our first Potato t-ABLE, which focuses on what they're able to do. Im so proud of these Stallion inspirations!
