In Zambia, legislators only meet like 4 months in a whole year. They come, stay at the parliamentary hotel(Kyankwanzi like) and handle laws on the table and other urgent issues then return to their constituencies. (No unnecessary drama and expenses) PATRIOTIC PEOPLE.

In Zambia, you hardly see a police or military personnel. If you meet one, they’re buying something & not armed. You hardly find a convoy except when president is passing & with only 3 vehicles. Zambia is 3 times size of Uganda and also underpopulated as compared to Uganda.
