A ball of poison arrow frogs sent in by a breeder. These all died in transit when the package was delayed over the weekend.

Okay this is amazing. I can't believe you got all the frogs and their patterns. It's like a Katamari thing.

Every once in awhile someone from the aquarium comes over with a fish mass.

It's amusing that when I post aggregations of animals like the ball of frogs or the fish mass, people assume that they died this way. As opposed to perhaps aquarium workers pgathered all the dead ones into a bag and then frozen them together out of convenience.

About a year ago someone sent in five hedgehogs frozen into a sphere the size of a volleyball. Should have taken pictures

I saw a hairless squirrel this morning! It's an adult female. I thought she was a rat at first. It's really neat that despite having no hair she still has the normal skin coloration.

Someone tagged the Fish Mass "average Scandinavian breakfast" and now it's been retweeted 200 times.....
