Wow. 1 hour non-stop live imaging with continuous laser light exposure using StayGold. Hope our mStayGold constructs in classic N1 and C1 backbones arrive soon. Curious to find out myself how much pounding mStayGold can take during super res live imaging.

Check out this magnificent preprint by our PostDoc Cristina Kroon et al., describing BASP1 as phosphorylation-dependent interactor of PLPPR3. This complex is proposed to act as a novel signaling integrator at neuronal synapses.
