Instead, we must think "I will step on the stage and help 300 people. I will share this story and help 1 person. By sharing this other story 10 people will feel better and know they’re not alone". It’s totally different, you see the impact of what you do rather than your fear.

We communicate to say something. And to say something we need to be clear about the message, the whys, and how to get in touch. If your message or product or cause is out there, then is ALL out there. It can’t be halfway. You either communicate clearly or you don’t.
