Thanks to everyone who came out last weekend to install smoke alarms in Morehead! Red Cross volunteers partnered w/Morehead Fire Dept, Hayes Crossing - Haldeman Fire/Rescue, Farmers Vol Fire Dept, Route 377 VFD & Rowan County EM to install nearly 140 smoke alarms in 60+ homes.

Last week, we partnered with Big Creek Fire & Rescue and Kimper Volunteer Fire & Rescue to help prepare children in the Pike County area for disasters! With the help of our partners, our EKY Chapter volunteers taught more than 230 students about home fire, flood & tornado safety.
