KY PSC Division of Inspections staff provided 811 Call Before You Dig outreach to our agricultural community at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville.

The PSC held a public comment hearing on Case No. 2024-00346 Delta Natural Gas Company's application for a tariff adjustment.

PSC Chair Angie Hatton addressed the 2025 Northern Kentucky Water Training on April 3. The training took place at the Norther Kentucky Water district in Erlanger.

The Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting held a public comment hearing at the Muhlenberg County Fiscal Court Room regarding the proposed Lost City Renewables solar facility. The meeting was well attended and many speakers addressed the siting board.

Chair Hatton, along with Secretary Goodman, participated in the Atoms for Appalachia forum yesterday. The forum brought together business, energy, and research leaders together to discuss creating a nuclear generation friendly environment in Kentucky.

Chair Angie Hatton attended the Southeastern Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners meeting June 9 and 10. She participated in a panel discussion regarding investing in water infrastructure.

While attending the Southeastern Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners conference, Chair Hatton and other commissioners were given a tour of the San Antonio Waterworks.

The MACRUC Education Conference was held in Louisville June 23 - 25. Chair Hatton and Secretary Goodman opened the conference and welcomed everyone to Kentucky.

Chair Hatton was the moderator for the Nuclear Renaissance: Passing Fancy or Emerging Reality session at the MACRUC Conference in Louisville.

Chair Hatton and staff members Justin McNeil, Amanda Lawson, Morgan Hall and Mike Foley toured the LG&E Mill Creek Generating Station with other attendees of the MACRUC Annual Education Conference.
