Saw something about Biotin the other day and got mildly excited. Then I realised it’s already in my multivitamin, that I have been taking for around five years. 😂😂😂

It’s quite startling when your eldest sticks their head around the door after homework and asks what you want them to cook for dinner. I know it means she will be self sufficient and has learned about caring etc, but it’s not the life you set out to create when you have kids. #ME

There’s a *very* pragmatic and important reason why ME/CFS must be included in this.

At least 50% of pwLC meet the diagnostic criteria for ME. We know that.

With the end of funded covid testing, Long Covid as a diagnosis will dwindle. Ppl are already not getting LC diagnosed.

Feeling shite again, another round of abx on the way. Back to daytime napping which I always try to avoid. 😕

This doesn't work. The same institution that employs private doctors as consultants and specialists cannot roll their eyes at private diagnoses. Not just for ME either. This is happening across the board. How can they push us to private then not trust the advice?

I am once again asking you to have hope. 🚀
