It examines the investigation into the shocking murder of Bellaghy Wolfe Tones GAC chairman Sean Brown in May 1997; and how the Brown family has been left campaigning for truth behind unanswered questions.

In May 1997, Sean Brown was abducted and murdered while locking up the gates of his GAA club.

27 years later, his family are still searching for answers.

This is a hugely important programme. Sean Brown could have been any administrator in any club at the time. His family deserve answers & they have shown enormous dignity in their campaign.

This is on tonight, a documentary on the Seán Brown case. If the chairman of a GAA club in Tralee or Thurles or Salthill or Glasnevin had been kidnapped and murdered, there's no way his family would be waiting for answers 27 years later. Bellaghy should be no different.
