Cont'd.... This program is a joint initiative with the Atlantic Police Academy whereby potential candidates are pre-screened for employment and supported through a rigorous admissions process to the APA. Upon admission to the police academy, sponsored Cadets receive peer support>

Cont'd... through the program, financial support toward tuition, have access to opportunities to see policing in action, and a paid On-the-Job training experience. Upon successful graduation, Cadets are offered full time employment with KRPF. >
