7 of the top 12 teams in the state in the same sectional. 5 of these teams won’t go to state! Other sports seed teams at the end of season so this won’t happen. The WIAA regularly makes this blunder with boys and girls golf. When will it stop?

Football, basketball, soccer, hockey, VB, softball, baseball, etc. all seed. Hey WIAA, it's time golf does the same!! Many teams face each other in big tourneys all spring. They know who can play and who can't. Seeding would be simple. MAKE IT HAPPEN!!

And while the Homestead Sectional has 7 of the top 12 teams, the Brookfield Central HS 🇺🇸 Sectional doesn't have a single top-20 team. That leaves us with a remarkably watered down state tournament. Come on WIAA!! Fix this in future years.
