Agree! I despise this medical speak convention. Creates an image of a patient that is equivalent to a whining toddler, not an adult asking for professional advice and care.

This is a great idea! @SarahSerenaSP I feel uncomfortable giving out my cell widely for a number of reasons, not least that I’ve seen colleagues get harassing texts months later… but this is a great solution!

Yes! And subsidized, especially for trainees. Availability is key too - doesn’t make an impact if the childcare exists but the waitlist is a mile long.
