Thanks for sharing Tom Rogers - having worked across special and mainstream I now find it crazy that m/s don’t take advantage of all the resources / strategies / tools available for learners with additional needs - so many of which would actually benefit all learners!

Some of our schools went back on the 2nd and 3rd Jan, others are back next week - we so often experience children as dysregulated after a break. Let’s all remember holidays aren’t always a positive experience for many. Be #patient. Be #kind.
