Anyone from Kansas watching the NCAA DI Womens Championships experienced some "Deja vu" when former Girard Athletics Cailie Logue Iowa State Track & XC and former Shawnee Mission Northwest Cross Country Molly Born Oklahoma State XC/T&F finished in 15th and 16th Place. Both earned All-American honors. Congratulations!!!

Winter running continues tomorrow (Tues) - same time, same place. Yes it’s cold & snowy BUT champions don’t mind tough conditions. Yes it’s finals week BUT champions are able to prioritize their time. If you start making excuses for why you can’t run it quickly becomes a habit

This year’s Coaching Clinic in JC has been cancelled unfortunately. While it’s always great to catch up with coaches and hear the outstanding things going on in your programs, it is too great a risk this year. We look forward to Jan ‘22 when things are back to ‘normal.’
