So A Strange Loop was a show that changed my life as an actor and black, gay man. Imagine my elation to hear that the show was nominated for Best New Musical at this year's Olivier Awards . However it has been painful to learn that no one from the cast has been invited to attend
The show's message was about inclusivity and visibility. The Olivier Awards is arguably the most important night of celebration for the theatre community so for us to be excluded feels like a glaring oversight. #sameoldstory
