While the Starlink constellation undoubtedly represents progress for those who previously lacked internet access via traditional means, it would be a mistake to overlook the significant environmental and scientific concerns it is raising, e.g. in the field of radio astronomy.

The fact that this monopole on scientific publications has been going on for decades is mind-boggling. If successful, this lawsuit could set a precedent that our community desperately needs.
