Paul Skenes Angled Walk In Drill He likes this variation of the walk in to feel the counter with his upper body and get to a loaded landing position! A lot of times when guys play catch and walk forward, they never get their body sideways and get to a loaded landing position

First off every pitcher is different... your set position should be comfortable.. but you have to be able to shift weight forward while staying athletic. We see tons of guys who have to shift weight back before they go forward. This causes instability in the lower half

Knowing your athletes motor preference is a huge unlock for understanding what to feel in your delivery. It will allow you to give the proper cues on where to feel the most stability and allow the athlete to move more efficiently.

One of the biggest mistakes players make? They don’t know what they actually want from training. “I just want to get better” isn’t a goal. Better velocity? Command? Durability? Pick one. Go all in. Trying to improve everything = improving nothing.
