I welcome the resolution adopted by the United Nations Security Council.

The guns must be silenced, hostages released and aid must reach the Palestinians in #Gaza .

This resolution reinforced the messages I will convey tomorrow from Jerusalem to Ramallah.

Targeting innocent civilians is always reprehensible. I strongly condemn the terrorist attack in Moscow, claimed by the Islamic State, and convey my condolences to the bereaved families.
