Spike in referral traffic & GA4 is not much help. Looks like an affiliate bought cheap ads from ads.coontx com (that still a thing?). Been out of the marketing game for years, but dusting off the cobwebs and wow GA4 not the tool I remember from days of old (kinda useless).
