The only Democrat Iâve voted for in recent memory is Justin Brannan because as my city councilman if I texted him and said thereâs broken glass on the overpass the kids use to get to school it was gone the next day. Thatâs politics.

Is the New York City Council truly the co-equal branch of NYC government? Legislatures at other levels currently have the same broader advice and consent powers that we seek. Ultimately the process would strengthen our government by building confidence & relationships from the jump.
