Athletes: Training is supposed to be HARD. You should be making mistakes. You’re supposed to be testing your limits. If you’re always doing things with minimal mistakes/misses, then you’re prob not going hard enough. Which is why you’re prob not as prepared come game time.

Proper footwork is essential if you want to be an elite hooper. It’s easy to get lost in the moves you see your favorite NBA/WNBA player do. If you watch most of their game thats 1% of how they score. 99% is being efficient at the basics & footwork is the foundation for it!
