If you're running a 9950X3D or even a 9800X3D and you're overclocking an AMD GPU with it, don't do it through the Adrenaline driver they give you. It seems to fuck with the L3 cache of games and take the CPU out of balanced mode, too. Manually tweak if you have to in your UEFI.
