A little something I put together for our special day of the year. Congratulations to all Liverpool John Moores University students but especially JMU Journalism. Lovely shot of Liv Heslington and programme leader FranYeoman that sums up what graduation means to all.
Tim Abraham Liverpool John Moores University JMU Journalism FranYeoman Aw thanks Tim! Been a pleasure learning with you all x
The emotional, powerful opening to BBC 5 Live Sport from Mark Chapman was so moving but is also a reflection of how the entire sports team and station feel with their thoughts and love towards John Hunt ❤️
So refreshing to hear TWO proper broadcast journalists presenting BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast all this week. Johnathan I'Anson is a class act.
Terribly sad news. Such an encouraging figure in my early days Sky Sports News. We didn’t cross paths much given our commitments, but when we did, he was always so encouraging and I looked up to him.
Not really comfortable that BBC Radio 5 Live phone in this morning is around the tragic events in Southport.
As JMU Journalism prepares for a new academic year, good for our new intake and all our hard working students to know Liverpool John Moores University is rising up the The Guardian league tables for studying journalism. Up 10 places to 14th. Great boost too for the team under FranYeoman. #journalism
And we’re off JMU Journalism #induction #freshstart
